Using script.aculo.us Effects

We've recently started upgrading the interface of several of our corporate websites. Now, as we focus even more intently on good, yet creative design, we've been utilizing a lot more Javascript and AJAX features, which has been a lot of fun. We've used these effects to a limited degree already so far, and we're starting to incorporate them into more places. It's a careful balance, though, so we don't overdo it, and put creative effects in completely unnecessary places.

The navigation on our company blog is an excellent example. It allows users quick, easy access to our navigation menu, without getting heavily in the way of a hurried user.
